-     Senior Architect: 8 years of experience

The candidate should have 8+ years of solid work experience in construction documents, project detailing, fa?ade and structural consultant management, site supervision, and must have been involved in the complete process of sophisticated and high-quality building projects. He / She should be familiar with architectural design and construction practice in China, as well as local building code and regulations. Experience in the design, coordination and construction administration of exposed concrete and curtainwall buildings is a plus.

Candidates should have strong concept design and schematic design skills, as well as good project representation skills (2D drawings, diagrams, physical modeling and imaging). The candidate should be able to work on design studies and propose, diagram and represent several design solutions.

Junior Architect: 2~3 years of experience

Proficiency in English is mandatory and Mandarin language is a Must

Proficiency required in the following software programs for all candidates (PC Platform): AutoCad, Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop, Rhinoceros and Microsoft Office. 3D Studio, Max/Viz are a plus.
